The Prado Museum takes you on a chronological journey through a millennia of Flemish and Spanish art; think Velázquez and Goya, but also Rubens, Rembrandt and many more. The Reina Sofia museum is dedicated to Spanish art and takes your art discovery into the 20th century, with masters such as Picasso and Dalí. The Thyssen Bornemisza is the third in this trilogy, a private collection that fills the historical gaps which the Prado and the Reina Sofia have left. Exploring all three is one of the world’s great art experiences.
By taking the arts program we invite you to dig deeper into the Spanish world of art. Over three sessions of 2 hours, you will visit each of the museums along with one of our teachers, an absolute expert on Spanish arts. The program includes entrance tickets for you and your private teacher to all 3 museums.
You can take the art program in combination with any Spanish course, although having more than 25 lessons per week course might leave you too little time to fully enjoy the program. The art program is offered year round (except for holidays).
